I'm sure we’ve all heard about flour; white flour, wheat flour and corn flour. Hey! Even the health conscious wave have introduced many to rye, coconut and almond flour, just to name a few, but what about cassava? Cassava? Yes, cassava! Hey, why just only categorise cassava as a side for crab and dumpling, soups or even an asset to make household starch? Forget the traditional way of utilising cassava and visit the Tobago Cassava Shop, located at the Scarborough Esplanade! The store will  open your mind and stomach to eats such as  cassava casserole, cake slices, pones,  kurma, pasta, puffs, pizzas and quiches. That’s not all! Fun facts: Cassava, also known as ‘Manihot’, is the third largest source of carbohydrate on the planet after rice and wheat. Additional information: The Tobago Cassava
